Pinata orders are made-to-order for the most part and take 1-3 days in processing. Larger orders of ~50-100 pieces will take up to 7-10 days. We use USPS Priority Mail which takes an additional 1-3 days in transit once shipped out.

We offer a refund within the first 30 days of your delivery for physical products, if 30 days have passed since your delivery, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All shipping costs including outgoing and return shipping is not covered and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital downloadable products, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on those items. If you are having a problem with a digital product please reach out to work through any issues.

Some files are delivered in standard .svg files which work with a wide range of cutting machines and editing software. If you have a problem with a digital download please contact us to work through the issues.

Pinatas do not arrive filled, but come with an opening that is approximately 1" x 1" which allows for confetti and small or "fun size" candies.
